Jameela Jamil has openly struggled with her mental health throughout her life, and she knows she's not alone. Now, she wants to explore the exciting, innovative, and unusual ways Gen Z are finding to manage their mental health, and help inspire a generation to be able to feel better.

In this groundbreaking made-for-mobile series, pushing the boundaries of vertical storytelling, Jameela spotlights eight incredible individuals with lived experience of a profound challenge to their mental health, from disordered eating to sexual trauma, living with chronic pain, losing a loved one to suicide, and more.

Each has found an inspiring means of healing and self-soothing: from basketball to volunteering, fire dancing to equine therapy, rapping to seeking out a community who validate and celebrate you. In turn, each of these powerful stories gives Jameela pause to reveal and reflect upon her own unique mental health journey. 

This series radiates the message that whoever you are, it is possible to improve your mental health. There is no one-size fits all approach, but by being willing to be open and to share, and by giving yourself permission to try something new, it's possible to feel like the very best version of you.
